NairoBits training method consists of 3 components: transfer knowledge, train (communication/social) skills and change attitude. Transferring knowledge can be done by e-learning, skill-training can partly be done by e-learning, but influencing attitudes is definitely a physical trainers job. The trainers are much more facilitators than a source of knowledge.

A condition for successful e-learning is of course the high quality of the online material, but also the balanced educational mix. After defining the learning targets, courses can be developed. In the learning activity: the activities of both students and trainers are defined, the material and tools (content and facilities) and timeschedule are defined.

We mix art, play, media design, personal development and African culture studies. The combination proves and enjoyable and worthwhile experiences for students.
