Introduction

Expressing yourself in colors
Students describe themselves in colors, then they make an Inner-self abstract portrait where students draw an abstract form then later fill this with the colors they have defined themselves with.
Meaning of colors: Depth about colors and what they mean to us and our daily lives.

Warming up Give them a color  

Give them a color
the trainer asks the students to give anyone a color that he/she thinks represents that person, e.g the trainer asks the students to give their president one color that represents him as a national figure and they write the color down on a piece of paper then all of them tell us why he or she chose the color for that specific person
 
Homeweork discussion

Discussion of the previous homework The students shall present their 3 favorite colors to the class giving reasons as to why the colour represents that element.  
Brainstorming session Talk about functions and meaning of colors in our society and our communications
This document is the content material that will be taught by the trainer handling the lesson.
 
2 Exercises

Draw an inner self abstract portrait.
This is the frist part of the exercise, whereby each student takes a big piece of paper and draws shapes and outlines in a composition which can represent his or her innerself. This can be done with pencil. It should mainly consist of outlines.

Directly a few students are asked to explain what they have made and discuss.

Expression of yourself with colors
This is the second part of the exericse where the students use and mix watercolours to fill in the different shapes and lines which represents their innerself. The colours should all be chosen for a reason to respresent some quality of their personality.

Presentations and discussion

Presenting their final expression of colors.

 
Closing Talk

Ask the students what they have learnt that they didn't know before and revisit with them the main highlights.
