    Meme

    A contagious idea that replicates like a virus, passed on from mind to mind. Memes function the same way genes and viruses do, propagating through communication networks and face-to-face contact between people.
    Examples of memes might include melodies, icons, fashion statements and phrases, the importance of the individual as opposed to group, the belief that the environment can to some extent be controlled; or that technologies can create an electronically interconnected world community.

    __A good example is when standing waiting for a matatu and you hear someone whistling or singing a tune you know and like, next thing you are in the bus and you too are humming that song to yourself, later that day you hear someone else in your work humming it too, unknowingly you passed the meme to them!

    Step 1: find the place where to add your site
    Step 2: type in the url and follow the procedure to add

    Banners:
    The trainer will show you a few different banners and how they work online.
    Search the web and find three banners that you think are effective, also write why are they effective in your opinion.

    Email Ad:
    Write a small email advertisement for your website approx. 100 words asking people to visit your site, include your url and contact info.
